Whether you’re commissioning a custom object, designing leather elements for an interior, or restoring a piece with history, our process is grounded in strategic thinking, deep material knowledge, and hands-on craft.
We approach each project as a unique collaboration — listening closely, guiding intentionally, and crafting with precision. From concept to execution, every detail is considered, every material chosen with care.

Our Process
Discovery & Consultation
We begin by understanding your vision, space, or story. Whether you’re a designer, architect, brand, or private client, we explore goals, use cases, material preferences, and constraints. This is where ideas are mapped - and possibilities unlocked.
Design Development
We translate intent into concept. Through sketches, moodboards, prototypes, or reference materials, we establish the creative direction - considering form, proportion, and materiality. At this stage, we advise on leather types, techniques, and structural solutions.
Material Sourcing
We source full-grain and specialty leathers from trusted suppliers - prioritising quality, sustainability, and suitability for your project. Whether you're looking for vegetable-tanned minimalism or richly patinated character, we’ll guide the selection process.
Craft & Fabrication
All pieces are crafted by hand in our studio, using traditional leatherworking methods - including saddle stitching, skiving, edge-finishing, and fitting. We maintain full control over quality and detail from start to finish.
Delivery & Aftercare
Finished pieces are delivered with care, accompanied by care instructions and - where relevant — follow-up guidance. For interior installations or site-specific pieces, we can liaise with your build team or design lead.
