Sharan builds tactile, heavy-grade art pieces that sit at the intersection of portraiture and clothing. She works by hand — leather cut and stitched, crochet panels mapped stitch by stitch from source image to yarn.
She takes the image you bring her and reconstructs it at a scale where even one misplaced row can shift a facial feature.

Huntsman, Savile Row
In 2021 Huntsman of Savile Row commissioned Sharan for their Huntswoman of Tomorrow collection. For The Hepburn she designed and built a leather pockets belt: the bellows pockets of a shooting coat, refined into a waist-mounted silhouette that extends the line of the jacket. Black leather from Muirhead, producers of the world’s lowest-carbon leather. Pattern cut and constructed by hand in her studio.
